Emily McBurnie has been practicing Yoga for 25 years, studying in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan, Pattabhii Jois, and B.K.S. Iyengar.
After intensive private mentorship within the Kundalini, Yin, and Ashtanga lineages, she embarked on a journey of discovery adding therapeutic practices to her repertoire with the addition of Yoga for trauma, addiction, and pioneering Restorative Hot Stone Yoga.
Known for her intuitive approach, Emily tailors her practice and teachings to each student, in each moment.
